I am here

Explore what it means to be deliciously, utterly, here in our lives as the multi-faceted, multiple-role-holding wonders we are

A Joy-Led® creative micro-immersion for women leaders and changemakers

xxth November 2026 6.30pm - 8.00pm (UK)

£30

My work with hundreds of women leaders, as well as my embodied experience on my own journey, has led me to know that creative play and exploration is something of a secret passageway to allowing more of who we truly are to shine in all parts of our lives and leadership.

What if much of the burnout, flatness, disconnection and malaise is because we’ve been ignoring our inner artists for too long. What if she’s having a bit of a tantrum?! I could write ten pages about this right now, but I’ll spare you.

I also won’t be preaching about it during this immersion. There’s already reams of research-backed content on this topic. What there isn’t enough of is places to dive in and do something about it.

Come and join this 90-minute creative immersion where we’ll shake off the shackles of perfectionism and let our gloriously unedited selves loose on the page!

Drawing on powerful exercises I’ve honed over hundreds of hours with the creative community I lead, you’ll have the space to explore and experiment alongside a group of incredible women. You’ll also have the lovingly-crafted, tried and tested, permission-giving prompts we’ll explore to take away with you, so can continue in your own time if you feel so inspired!

Whether you’re a prolific journaller, are something of a poet already, or haven’t written anything for fun since school - it matters not! This is for any woman who feels the inexplicable urge to give her creative self some space to breathe in a supportive, non-performative, critique-free space.

My inner artist is waving at yours and can’t wait to see you there!

How to join

Tickets are £30, and you can book via the button below.

Please note: This is a live experience over Zoom - there will be no replay available, and the prompts will only be shared with those who come to the call.

My deepest wish is that this experience connects us ever more deeply with our creative power, in service of the change we long to create, in whatever form that change wants to take - in our lives, work and leadership.

With love, and in creative power.

About Claire

Claire Mackinnon is a writer, poet, transformational coach, creative catalyst and leadership guide devoted to supporting leaders and changemakers to step into their creative power – so they can bring forward the change only they can make.

Her work is rooted in the Joy-Led® philosophy – an emerging body of work exploring what becomes possible when we live, create and lead from a place of greater aliveness, alignment and creative power.

An ICF PCC-credentialed coach with more than 2,000 hours of international coaching and facilitation experience, she has supported hundreds of leaders across industries including technology, retail, professional services, and education – as well as a growing community of mission-led entrepreneurs.

She leads The Joy-Led® Creativity Collective, an intimate creative community where women come together to write, play, experiment and uncover their gloriously unedited voices. Through small-group circles and one-to-one creative partnerships, she creates spaces for creative expression, human connection and the lifelong adventure of becoming more fully ourselves.

She is currently working on her debut memoir, Finding Aphrodite: One Woman’s Dance from Shame to Aliveness, through which she hopes to spark a wider cultural conversation about women’s creative power – and the urgent need for leadership rooted in joy.

She also writes about her own journey of creative reclamation on Substack and is preparing to publish her first collection of poetry towards the end of 2026 or in early 2027.

Praise for The Joy-Led Creativity Collective

“When I write here, I am often surprised by the vigor, the clarity, the urgency of my voice and my creative vision. Afterwards, I notice I have a new sense of centeredness in myself: My truth, my voice, my vision. I'm better able to discern what I want and don't...And I'm able to invite others into magical, connected, rich experiences like this one.

My capacity is greater, and my intuition takes a front seat.

When I listen to other women's words, I feel recognition, affirmation, power, drama, care, fire, wildness, loss, joy, the whole spectrum of all of life right here precious in our hands. I know that we are united, unstoppable, healers, truth-speakers, and wise women. The world needs us.”

—Vanessa Baker-Rodriguez, Coach and Founder, Bravely Aligned

“What often surprises me is what actually lands on the page. It's like a release valve for things I didn't know I needed to express or could not have otherwise found the words.

Afterwards, what remains is a sense that I've been held by the broad, strong, and divinely feminine arms of the collective group. I carry that along with me for days.

My sense of myself as a creative being has been excavated from the depths.

This work is here to bring us closer to our real selves, to build our sense of belonging to ourselves and to a bigger community of women. It feels like one of those untold things that pass down through the generations of women that we've just somehow lost connection with.”
