My own inner Goddess/Queen/Sage/Diva has a map she’d love to share with you!
After I’d blown far too much cash on marketing programmes that left me feeling contracted, performative, and inexplicably ashamed, she let me wander aimlessly thinking, ‘If I just follow my intuition, it will all be okay.’ It wasn't.
And slowly but surely, once the pain of that had really sunk in, she showed me something else:
The way out of the extractive cycle the coaching industry perpetuates, involves structure.
Not the ultimate blueprint, five-step hack, this-is-the-only-way-to-do-it kind.
But the best kind of structure. The liberating kind. The kind that’s like a trellis around which our highest work can bloom! The kind that invites us to trust, expand and embody our creative power as women in service of the work we're here to do.
This structure is the map that wants to be shared.
It’s led to clients I adore, corporate gigs that make my heart sing, and a growing, thriving community of women with whom sharing my work feels like coming home.
As I’ve begun showing it to other women, it’s led them to their own treasure too.

Who is this workshop for?

You might be in your earliest days as a business owner, or you might have been around the block many times, like me. It doesn’t matter.
What will unite us is a commitment to the transformational work we know we’re here to do, and a desire to share it with others (even if that feels deeply uncomfortable at times)
It’s likely we also share a weariness with being told ‘this is the way’ by marketing ‘experts,’ and a curiosity about the possibility of breaking free of ‘needing’ any of that advice, forever.
How does this fit with my wider body of work?
My deepest wish is that this event offers the possibility for inspired momentum on your journey, and reminds you of the power you already possess as a creative being and business owner. It is a lovingly crafted, potentially transformational container, in its own right (not a 90-minute sales-pitch).
It may give you exactly what you need (I sense this will be true for many). And it may also spark a desire to go deeper and explore one of the other containers I offer.

Claire Mackinnon is a transformational coach, creative catalyst, and women’s leadership guide devoted to supporting women to reclaim their voices and step into their creative power – in their work, their leadership, and their lives.
Before founding her business in 2015, Claire spent 15 years leading large-scale organisational transformation across financial services and the social impact sector – including senior roles at Barclays and as Director of HR for one of the UK’s largest social housing mergers.
An ICF PCC-certified coach with more than 2,000 hours of coaching and facilitation experience, she has supported hundreds of leaders across industries including technology, retail, professional services, and education – as well as an ever-growing community of mission-led women entrepreneurs.
