One-to-One Partnerships
I work with a small number of leaders, founders and changemakers in deep, highly personalised one-to-one partnerships.
Bring what you're navigating, creating, questioning or becoming. Our work might move through leadership, business, creativity and life – often all of them – shaped by what is most alive and what will serve you now.
There is no predetermined path. I bring the breadth of my own experience as a leader, business owner, coach, mentor and artist, alongside a deep trust in your own knowing.
The Joy-Led® Visibility Salon
An eight-week creative container for business owners and changemakers ready to create an experience that invites people into the world of their work.
At the heart of the Salon is a simple invitation: to create, offer and lead an experience that acts as a natural pathway into your work. It might be a 90-minute workshop, a day-long retreat, an intimate gathering or something else entirely. What matters is that it offers people a meaningful experience of you, your work and the territory you help people explore – rather than simply telling them about it.
This is visibility through soul-led creation. No performing required. What a relief!
Over eight weeks, I work closely alongside you as you take your idea from inkling to lived experience – shaping the concept and messaging, crafting the experience, inviting people in and, importantly, leading it while you are still held inside the container.
Along the way, you’ll be bringing your work into the world in a way that feels like you, strengthening your presence as a facilitator, meeting the creative resistance that inevitably arises when we create something new, and discovering more about the work that wants to come through you.
The Salon is currently available as a bespoke one-to-one experience. I may also offer another intimate group cohort in spring 2027.

The Joy-Led® Creativity Collective
An intimate community of women leaders and changemakers who know that tending to our life-force, creativity and joy is not self-indulgent. It is fuel. It is medicine. It is part of how we rise – at a time when our voices, talents and contributions are needed more than ever.
At the heart of the Collective are small monthly writing circles. You don't need to think of yourself as a writer to join us. Together, we write and, if we choose, read aloud what we have written. There is never any pressure to share.
The experience of having our words received with reverence supports us to step ever more fully into our voices, our leadership and the change we are here to bring forward.
It is transformative, and as the title suggests, a lot of fun. I cannot imagine my working month without it!
