I’m writing this to you from the side of my pool. My private pool. No one else is here. The sun is warming my sun-cream-slathered skin. A Spanish family’s lunchtime conversation is drifting from the house next door. Mountains to my right, ahead the sea. White crests of waves are just about visible.

When I say ‘my pool,’ what I really mean is that it belongs to José, the Airbnb owner, who lives in the apartment above. But it is mine for this week. No husband, no son, no soon-to-return-from-university daughter texting me for money to fund her final week of term. No clients. No Zoom calls. No email. No social media. No one else’s needs but mine.

I return to this practice again and again. More than any other, it has expanded my capacity to create, to lead, and to become the woman I'm here to be.

Because each Soul-Oh!™ Retreat, whether on a hillside in Devon, a cliffside in Cornwall, or here underneath the Mediterranean sun, was designed by my highest, wisest, minxiest, sovereign self (AKA my soul). She knew exactly what was needed for the next phase of my becoming. And then I stepped into it.

And now I feel inspired to invite you to join me.

Not literally. Oh no! I love you - but no. Alongside me, as you create and offer yourself your very own Joy-Led Soul-Oh! Retreat in the location, setting and format that calls to your soul.

Spain, June 2026

What this is, and what this isn’t

I adore group retreats. I’ve been transformed by them. But what my soul craves now isn't another beautifully curated experience designed by someone else.

It wants to be alone. And I don’t mean just for a few hours.

It aches for more space. No interruptions. No schedule. No meetings. It craves more gloriously, uninterrupted creative flow.

Perhaps you, too, long for an ever more abundant relationship with time. With creating. With being alone.

Perhaps you long to embody, ever more fully, the woman your highest, wisest, minxiest, sovereign self already knows you to be.

The woman who sunbathes for hours on a lilo, listening to rousing choral music that makes her weep with the sheer joy of being alive (or is that just me!?).

The woman who writes poems in her pyjamas, then cooks a delicious, nutritious breakfast, then takes long coastal walks wrapped in her quilt-like coat, wearing her favourite perfume, with sandwiches packed for a day-long adventure with no map.

This part of us holds our highest creative potential.

She wants to lead us.

If we follow her weird and wonderful instructions, she will take us to places in our lives and work our clever, linear minds could never have planned.

Which leads me to something else. A Soul-Oh! retreat is not a get-shit-done week

Not at all. Unless your soul is saying loud and clear: you need to get this shit done. Now.

Rather than dutifully writing 1,500 words a day before rewarding yourself with a coastal walk and a Cornish cream-tea, a Soul-Oh! Retreat might be about living like a writer who lives on a hillside overlooking a valley, who wakes and writes, eats breakfast, walks, writes some more, realises she’s still in her pyjamas, has a long bath, then writes again. Because write write write is what she wants to do.

Rather than going away to finally get your website rewritten, you might spend the week communing with your website. Tinkering. Crafting. Reading old journals packed with fragments of wondrous ideas. Following the muse. Deepening your own understanding of the genius of your work, and letting the words that express it rise through you.

Rather than going away to figure out your 2027 plan, you might spend the week listening. Opening. Taking long, hot baths. Knitting, if that’s what turns you on. Being a woman who’s comfortable with silence, and not-knowing. Trusting the process. Allowing what could be calling to you now to arrive in its own time. Whether that’s during the retreat, or later. You don’t need to know.

A Soul-Oh! Retreat is an embodiment practice.

It is a slip ‘n’ slide into radical new ways of being.

A Soul-Oh! Retreat is a woman saying – no, not just sayingshowing by how she chooses to live:

I am allowed to want what I want.

I am allowed to be unavailable.

I am here to follow the wild, unreasonable, unignorable instructions of my soul.

I will devote time, energy and reverent attention to the blooming of my own creative power.

Now imagine doing this alongside seven other women, all over the world, making the same gloriously unapologetic choice.

Cornwall, November 2025

Joining this Salon could be for you if…

  • You’re a leader, changemaker, way-shower, creative-adventurer, coach, facilitator or artist. You’re hungry to embody more of your wild, true self. Not just write about her. Not just talk about her on another coaching call. Not just glimpse her in your journal and then return to the laundry. You are ready. It is time.

  • You envy women who unapologetically claim time for themselves. You tell yourself ‘I couldn’t possibly do that.’ Or perhaps you have done it, and know the deliciousness of it. The necessity of it. And you want more.

  • You know your life has been apprenticing you for something. You can feel it. There's work, art and new expressions of your leadership wanting to come through you. And you know it won't reveal itself by trying harder.

  • The thought of spending a week alone feels terrifying and utterly right in equal measure. You crave solitude, but don't want to feel alone in the claiming of it. The thought of seven other women, scattered across the world, each following the weird instructions of her own soul, makes the whole thing feel even more delicious.

  • You’d welcome structure, but not the restrictive kind. You want support, witnessing, practical guidance and loving momentum, without being squeezed into someone else’s retreat fantasy, productivity plan, or beige box of self-improvement.

  • You’re not attached to a guaranteed outcome. You’re willing to let this practice surprise you. You suspect your highest, wisest, minxiest, sovereign self has something up her sleeve.

The Logistics

The Joy-Led Soul-Oh! Retreat Salon is a spacious, richly supported container – part soul-led planning space, part group coaching salon, part delicious permission slip from the part of you who already knows exactly what she needs.

Drawing on my own embodied experience of this practice, I'll invite you to listen deeply to your own highest, wisest, minxiest, sovereign self – and allow her to create the retreat your soul most needs right now.

Together we'll create your Soul-Oh!™ Retreat. Then you'll go and experience it. Finally, we'll come back together twice to honour the woman you're becoming, and explore what it means to let her lead your life, leadership and work.

You'll be joined by a small group of women, each consciously creating the conditions for her own creative power to bloom.

There will be no more than eight participants in the Salon. The dates and times for our calls are here. All group calls will be recorded for your personal use – but this is intended as a live, relational experience, where attending in real time will give you the fullest benefit.

Here’s what your journey will look like:

  • Seven spacious, two-hour calls designed to move you from ‘what if I actually did this?’ to a Soul-Oh! Retreat that is booked, shaped and claimed. We’ll gather before your retreat to dream, design and prepare; pause while you go on retreat; then return for two integration calls.

  • Progressive, soul-led creation: Each session builds intuitively on the last, supported by the principles, prompts and practices I've developed through years of creating my own Soul-Oh!™ Retreats. Together, we'll listen beneath the noise of shoulds, logistics and other people's needs, moving from longing and possibility into practical decisions – where you'll go, what conditions you need, what you'll take, what you'll leave behind, what you'll give yourself permission to receive, and how you'll protect the sanctity of the experience.

  • An inspiring, courageous circle: You'll be joined by a small group of women who understand that claiming time, space, pleasure and solitude for themselves can feel both wildly liberating and surprisingly edgy. Expect spaciousness, warmth, play, courage, inspiration, witnessing and loving accountability. There'll be a private online space for sharing the journey, and the option of a Soul-Oh! companion from within the circle to encourage and witness you as desire becomes reality.

  • Retreat week itself: We'll pause our calls as you go on the retreat you've created for yourself.

During this week, we'll hold our shared online space differently. Before you go, you'll consciously decide how you want to relate to the group while you're away, so the space supports the sanctity of your retreat rather than pulling you out of it. You may choose to unplug completely.

The invitation is to remain devoted to your own experience.

Support will be available from me if and when you need it. You may also find nourishment in what others choose to share. But your solitude, your becoming, these remain the centre of the practice.

  • Integration support: After retreat week, we'll come back together twice – once soon after you return, and once a month later. You’ll be supported to gather the wisdom and creative glimmers emerging from this practice without rushing to turn them into a plan, product, post or performance. Between those calls, there'll be invitations and space to keep the conversation alive as what your retreat has awakened continues to unfold in unexpected ways. Some discoveries arrive on retreat. Others don't reveal themselves until you're back home, making dinner, leading meetings, walking the dog or lying awake at 3am. We'll honour both. Together we'll explore how the woman you met on retreat wants to live, lead and create now.

  • You’ll leave with all you need to repeat this again and again – alone, or alongside the women you meet in the Salon – so Soul-Oh! Retreating can become a transformative, life-giving practice you return to for years. A practice you can return to whenever your soul whispers: ‘Do that again.’

Your investment

The Joy-Led Soul-Oh! Retreat Salon is an intimate, high-touch container with just eight places.

For those joining the Salon by 7th August, the early-bird investment is £1,900 (+ UK VAT where applicable).

After that, the investment is £2,400 (+ UK VAT where applicable).

A three-pay plan is available for both options.

You'll also need to budget for your own retreat: accommodation, travel, food, and any particular deliciousness your soul prescribes.

I invite you not to make final decisions about the logistics of your retreat until the Salon begins. Together, we'll explore how to create a retreat that honours your desires, your resources, your real life, and the conditions your soul is truly craving.

A Private Soul-Oh!™ Retreat Journey

If your soul is saying yes to this practice, but you'd prefer to work privately rather than as part of a group, I offer bespoke one-to-one Soul-Oh!™ Retreat Journeys by application only.

These are highly personalised partnerships for leaders and changemakers (both men and women), with the option for me to travel to your chosen retreat location and support you while you're there.

If the Salon option feels like a full-body yes...

I invite you to book a short 20-minute conversation with me.

This is an opportunity for us to meet, answer any questions you may have, and check whether this container feels like the right fit.

If, after our conversation, it feels like a wholehearted yes on both sides, I'll send you everything you need to confirm your place.

Our uninhibited presence and joy-fuelled leadership are needed now more than ever.

The invitation is to create and lead from our aliveness and devotion – in ways that nourish ourselves, others and the ecosystems we’re part of.

With love, and in creative power
